Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What you will do?

• Monitor day to day Finished vehicle export distribution operations.
• Responsible for monitoring of Finished vehicle handover process between Plant, Yard management team & Transporter, ports and oversea markets.
• Monitor Finished vehicle dispatch and storage operations all the way from Plant to POD.
• Ensure Global VCC standards are followed.
• Responsible for monthly KPI management with carriers.
• Manage day to day Finished vehicle dispatch operations to ports / oversea markets.
• Manage day to day Finished vehicle certification delivery to destination markets.
• Responsible for Logistics Load planning / Delivery planning with Transporter based on vessel schedule and sales planning inputs.
• Responsible for on time dispatch & delivery of Finished vehicle.
• Responsible for verification of KPI reports from vendors and check the database.
• Responsible for verification of Billing reports, Invoices from vendors & process for payments within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with Plant team, Yard management team and Transporter for efficient handover and seamless dispatch process.
• Co-ordination with LSPs, 3rd party service providers for daily operations management.
• Responsible for updating receipt / handover / dispatch details in IT systems.
• Continually try & improve Business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.
• Monitoring transport costs.

Why do you fit the profile?

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with Auto OEs / Logistics service providers.
• Operational experience required in managing Finished vehicle distribution process, yards / compounds.
• Knowledge of IT systems viz., SAP, TMS; Ability to appraise and use IT packages and electronic communication methods.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI & Visio is added advantage.
• Knowledge of Value chain, Manufacturing Systems, Production planning, Sales planning.
