What you will do?

• Review HW Block Diagram, Electrical Interface Characteristics and Electrical Schematics for both LV and HV component.
• Review FMEA, MTBF and WCCA.
• Coordinate support to cross-functional team, facilitate team decision.
• Support electronic component relevant topic in the production line.
• Perform testing or verifications of complete vehicle, analyze issues and provide recommendation.
• Perform FER(Fresh Eye Review).
• Research local legal requirements and regulations, keep update ELP’s REQ.
• Keen insight in Automotive industry, find the GAPs and create ELP’s own REQ.
• Audit 3rd party laboratories in China.

Why do you fit the profile?

• More than 3 years experience in automotive OEM or supplier in the area hardware design, development and validation.
• Excellent automotive electronic HW design experience in both HV and LV area.
• Skilled with electronic components selection especially semiconductor component.
• Experience in PCBA failure analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor degree in Electronic / Electrical or higher.
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Open minded and good team spirit
• Initiative and positive personality
