The Propose for The Position.
Drive innovated research in business and consumer intelligence. Obtain insights on market competition, consumers profile, preference and needs towards our product and service offers. Support business stakeholders to identify product & service improvement needs from the research.

What you will do?

  • Independently lead the consumer research project to provide valuable business insight (design the approach, coordinate the key stakeholder, manage bidding process, reporting and presentation). The project covers different stages of product incl. product definition, product specification setup, product launch etc. and general understanding on premium customers and car usage. 
  • Provide professional suggestion on the methodology to key stakeholder based on business need
  • Scan and select competent suppliers, prepare SOW, cooperate with procurement & legal team to complete the bidding process per business need
  • Proactively react on the unexpected changes during the project.
  • Present the result to key stakeholders and management team
  • Data and industry analysis on specific topics to steer business discussion and support high management report, eg. auto industry trend study on smartification, autonomous drive, sustainability or market competition study such as OEM deep dive etc.
  • Influence business stakeholders incl. design, R&D, marketing, sales, product managers etc. actively based on business insights
  • Play active role with Global team, support global team to understand regional needs and dynamics. Engaged in global projects and provide regional input and make sure the global input are properly taken by global team.

  • Position requires market analysis, research or product experience gained through firsthand experience from working in an OEM marketing/product team or Market research agency.

  • You have developed strong project management skills, and are at ease with driving research agencies & institutes to get to your objectitve
