North Region CS Area Manager/北区区域售后经理

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What you will do?

Coach and assist with new dealership’s set-up

Regular visit to dealers and ensure dealers’ achievement of Parts, Accessories purchasing target

Assist dealers to establish parts budget plan, which reflect VCDC’s business plans.

Review with dealers monthly performance reports

Coaching dealers to develop action plan and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with VCDC guideline in agreed schedule

Control regularly with dealers to determine operating deficiencies and recommend corrective measures

Ensure dealers maintain adequate stock by line items and range

Ensure each dealer is prepared, and can adequately support each new model introduction

Monitor the dealers’ staff to identify training requirements.


Do you fit the profile?

University degree

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Excellent in various computer programs like PPT and ·Excel

Minimum 6 years aftersales experience from related premium OEM brand and good knowledge of China automotive industry.

Good understanding of dealer’s aftersales activities is required, together with the ability to interpret data on parts business, and to analyze requirements
