VRT Leader/变差减小主管

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What should you do?

  • To lead and coach the Variability Reduction Team (VRT) in the daily operation;
  • Drive for quick ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) in order to secure both Product & Process;
  • Secure correct definition and root cause analyse of problem within the VRT-scope;
  • Prioritize actions & resources within the cross functional VRT;
  • VRT Leader being the responsible at site to initiate and drive approval for temporary product and process changes, ICA. i.e. TPII, TCA,TPD;
  • VRT Leader being the responsible to ensure that PCA is initiated;
  • To ensure that the VRT PIC board is alive, well organized and updated;
  • To initiate kick-off meetings, on concerns escalated from or to the VRT;
  • When a problem owner is appointed, give them full support;
  • Be present in serious deviation pre-meetings, bringing in leadership skills, holistic view, competence & unit network for quick resolution;
  • With the priority to protect end customer by implementing a quick ICA.

 

What competence should you have?

  • Leadership & communication skills;
  • Coordination skills;
  • Green Belt competence;
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written;
  • Product & Process knowledge in area of responsibility;
  • Specific system knowledge linked to the role;
  • You have demonstrated leadership ability at least three year;
  • Cross-functional experience is welcome, working with different people & functions;
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written;
  • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours can be based on needs;
  • Presentation skills.
