Supply Chain Coordination Manager/供应链协调经理

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What should you do?

  • Complying with VCMS requirements, leading the team to achieve QDFIPS target;
  • Managing supply chain coordination team to achieve assigned tasks; guarantee production;
  • In charge of production material call off, follow up;
  • Grasp and proficiency in Plus/CHIMAS system;
  • Maintain parameter and make sure correct call off release to supplier;
  • Communicate with suppliers and make sure parts delivery on time
  • Follow up shipping documents, shipping schedule;
  • Reasonable airfreight frequency, control airfreight cost ;
  • Cooperate with consolidator coordinator closely, make sure efficient container loading and filling rate;
  • Communicate with purchasing, PD, ME, Finance etc., department
  • Supplier Management, performance follow up
  • Work with inventory controller, take action for OBS, non-movement material; control inventory quantity in a reasonable level (cost related);
  • Managing the team to achieve assigned tasks under the lead of version and mission of the company;
  • Taking tasks assigned by line manager;
  • Taking managerial role, leading the team, managing people in the department;
  • Guarantee part availability basing on production schedule to meet production;
  • Escalating critical issues, looking for necessary assistance either from line manager or relevant functions.

 

What competence should you have?

  • Excellent people leadership in a large headcount / mixed qualification environment including strong motivational skills;
  • Sound technical competencies in supply chain management, logistics, business administration;
  • Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude;
  • Sets himself stretch goals proactively;
  • LEAN mind-set, naturally strive for continuous improvement;
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills;
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making;
  • Aggressive in completing assignments;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mind-set;
  • Excellent office software capabilities etc.
  • Deep understanding for Lean Logistics.
