Product Quality Engineer/产品质量工程师

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. What should you do?

  • Participate in process related improvements initiatives (same with PcE’s).
  • Upon request, supports production with problem analysis and leads second line analysis when competence is needed.
  • Provide the necessary proposal of tools & methods and its guidelines for containments and improvements.
  • Drives quality improvements for current models together with VRT resources with regard to manufacturing deliveries.
  • Responsible for investigations and actions when manufacturing variability deviations are noticed by Quality Engineering and VRT manufacture team.
  • Initiate and implement corrective activities, propose for TPII and issue PTF. Support other corrective measures e.g. TPD, Concept Adjustment, control activity.
  • In running production phase, by means of plant test form execute trial assembly together with responsible task leader within R&D in order to verify intended technical solution and identify consequences for the plant. Sends out test notification prior to the test assembly. When needed, executes risk analysis in order to quality assure product in the process, PQA, plant Control plan or initiate PFMEA review.
  • Document Quality Engineering deliveries in decided IT system e.g. eBSAQ, SharePoint, etc.
  • Participate in Improvement projects / Kaizen events.
  • Participate in delivery stop meetings or pre-meetings.
  • Be responsible to organize Kick-off pre-meeting, handshake with CRC and supporting the Pre-meetings afterwards.
  • ‘Lessons Learned’ and best practices.
  • Feed Lessons Learned to Manufacturing Engineering via TPCX, ME APAC.

What competence should you have?

  • Minimum level of competence is bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/industrial science or similar level of experience.
  • Practical experience from the production process preferable.
  • Knowledge about the product, processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D.
  • Certified 6 sigma level 2 is preferred, and equivalent 6sigma training.
  • English in spoken and written.
  • Result oriented.
  • Strong ability to cooperate.
  • Analytical.
