Product Geometry Engineer

The summary of the role:

Responsible for body/vehicle measuring report analysis and GEO quality improve.

What you will do?

• Be responsible for the matching size of body and pre assembly for new product and running product (according to responsive area ,such as floor, body side or main line), develop the GEO works of press parts and fixtures.
• Be responsible for clamp drawings sign and preliminary acceptance related to process development.

• Be responsible for providing problems and analyzing problems of body in white matching and vehicle, putting forward solution, implementation and tracking.

• Be responsible for analyzing measuring data of body CPL and assembly. In view of the matching problem and assembly installation, combining with the measured data to analyze, formulate size improvement scheme and be responsible for implementing improvement.

• Be responsible for organizing quality improvement and size ascension of white body for new product.

• Be responsible for the vehicle quality for new product and running product to achieve the company's product quality standards and quality target.

• Complete each responsibility for tasks according to the work plan.

• Be responsible of the training of technician for operation software and skill matching plan.

• Be responsible of improving PIST and geometry issue for body and vehicle during running production.

• Be responsible for monitoring geometry data and improvement during running production.

• Be responsible for analysis and support about audit issue, FTT , measuring data early warning & alarm and production issue.

• College degree or above, vehicle，mechanical and welding  professional
• Engaged in process technical work in assembly plant more than 5 years. Be familiar with body in white structure, welding process, welding process. Have the body structure and manufacturability evaluation experience, master fixture locating principle and have the work experience of white body and the vehicle matching.
• Have a good white body related working skills.
• Have the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Have good communication ability and executive ability.
• Be skilled for using AutoCAD and office software, etc.
• Have an certain ability of English reading
