Maintenance Superintendent

The summary of the role:

Responsible for Stamping-casting shop equipment management, make the equipment protective maintenance strategy, build and manage maintenance team, increase the equipment R&M, improve the TA and reduce cost/car.

What you will do?

• Make management to maintenance team, improve equipment operation rate, reduce equipment failure rate, and complete business targets related to functional business;

• Control spare parts and tools cost, improve spare parts turn-over rates;

• Organize maintenance prevention formulation and push its implementation.

• Formulate and implement management formulations related to equipment;

• Make and perform maintenance documents, responsible for maintenance documents distribution and change. And ensure documents are effective ,complete, correct and unified. 

• Build maintenance team, train on-site maintenance operator and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel, make personal could match multi position.

• Achievement, cause analysis, improvement and tracking of KPI targets for workshop equipment.

• Be responsible for R&M in the workshop, and participate in new model equipment selection, process design, installation and commissioning together with the product design and development department.

• Responsible for the introduction of new technologies (laser, helicoil, CNC machining, etc.) in the stamping and die-casting workshop, ensuring the smooth implementation of the introduction of new technologies

• Make and perform maintenance outsourcing project plan, to avoid equipment serious failure .

• Make predictive maintenance plan for stamping casting and machining line, keep improve PM strategy.
