Maintenance Engineer,Die/模修工程师

What should you do?
1. Responsible for the die maintenance plan and spare parts list of die making and update.
2. Responsible for die maintenance process documents compile,issue and change, to ensure the effective process document, complete, correct and unified. monitor the geometry of the stamping parts, and according to the results to take action.
4. Be responsible for technical guidance and training die maintenance work.
5. For the critical issue, analysis and problem solving guide die maintenance work.                      
6. Participate in new project die review and buyoff work, ensure the new project successfully launch.
7. Organize and implement the die Optimization and improvement ,reduce operating costs and improve the stability and reliability of the die.

What competence should you have?
Education background: bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, Material forming and control engineering, automation or related discipline
Experience: above 3 years of large and medium-sized automotive stamping shop die maintenance  management experience or large die manufacturing enterprises die design and manufacturing experience.
Skill requirements:
1. Be familiar with stamping die process, structure and debugging.
2. Master die issue analysis and processing.
3. Have the experience of the management team.
4. Good computer and software skills (CATIA).
5. Good English speaking, reading and writing.
