App. Sr. Engineer

What will you do?

• Responsible for manufacturing related applications, which are required for plant operation, needs a dedicated IT expertise in place in order to secure plant production running.
• Work with global product team to implement global solution to the plant and responsible for plant IT application design, implementation, administration, maintenance and operation management.
• With a strong focus on servant ownership, culture, and transformation , the application engineer will together with teams work towards our company´s strategic agenda. Enabling efficient application software engineering and development, methods/processes, support, and education.

Why do you fit the profile?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience and 5+ years working experience. 
• Familiar with manufacturing process and good knowledge of the MES/LES solutions, could independent analysis and summary business requirements.
• Good knowledge and experience with Windows Server, Linux, OpenShift and oracle DB, Java or Python development skills are required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
• Knowledge in agile and lean software development (ways of working).
• Good team work spirit and communication skills(CN&EN)
• Automobile industry system development and maintenance background is a plus.
