What you’ll do

• Logistics processes and equipment planning to support long term logistics strategies.
• Structural, financial and manpower requirements to meet defined processes.
• Build up lean logistics flow and layout, and improve it continually.
• Definition of support processes (IT. Assembly, machining, Quality, etc.) to ensure alignment with logistics processes.
• Develop all kinds of package to support lean material flow implementation.
• Support new project, developing and optimising required logistics concepts and layout with project requirements (timing / cost) and often changing assumptions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor degree, major in Logistics Engineering or related.
• Have 3 years above working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of logistical material flow planning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of package engineering techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of storage area techniques as well material handlings and transport technology.
• Adoption and use of planning and evaluation procedures.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Good adaptability and strong anti-pressure ability.
• Team and individual development, management and leadership.
• Good English ability.
• Good skill in CAD.
