What you’ll do

 

  • Steer Manufacture Performance. a)Drive business in local plant operation with professional financial knowledge and wide-ranging experience, including both short-term and long-term strategy. b)Lead local plant controlling to control business activities in daily operation. c)Proactively contribute to manufacture performance on Safety /Quality/ Delivery/ Sustainability and Finance efficiency development with insightful recommendation.
  • Continually develop local plant controlling team. a)Develop a highly skilled, competent finance team capable of supporting the line organization to increase value. b)Improve and monitor control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial result. c)Ensure all the manufacturing organizations within the scope act according to ext./int. guidelines, requirements and policies and optimize process efficiently.
  • Proactively act as part of business. a)Act as part of the Plant management team to develop plant organization wide strategy for Finance domain, that delivers competitive advantage and progress on the organization’s strategic objectives. b)Provide operational advisory to plant management on total plant costs, capex management, working capital management and so on. c)Support and challenge business with BC investigation and benchmark based on  cost breakdown data-analytics, via different tools in different situation.
  • R&O Management. a)Identify R&O for business with financial acumen and visualize financial impact. b)Support business to drive effective actions with clear purpose and target setting. c)Manage ambiguity and keep financial independence as needed.
  • Lead Digital Transformation in MFG finance group. a)Speak up for MFG business requirement. b)Actively contribute to new digitalization set-up. c)Coach and develop team members with digital required skills/competence, like S4 HANNA, Big-data integration, etc.
  • Finance Teamwork. a)Contribute to efficient teamwork with HQ Finance teams. b)Continually improve finance process, incl. but not limited to, standardize finance report & analyse system and cross-functional cooperation. c)Support on internal and external audit activities with other teams together.
  • Other assignments from line manager.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor or above.
  • High analytical skills and outstanding holistic view.
  • Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
  • Experienced MFG controlling knowledge and practice.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Auto-industry and 3+ years’ experience on Oversea operation.
  •  Strong competence to drive business and ensure ownership in daily business. 
  • Strong competence to continually develop finance efficiency via different activities.
  • Outstanding strength in multi-culture collaboration, plan & align and problem-solving.
  • Generic knowledge: Software (e.g., SAP-S4) /Fluency in English and CN /Fast learner.
