What you’ll do
- Stick to the safety regulations of paint shop, participate in all kinds of safety activities, including PPE and Lockout.
- Compile and manage the maintenance process of paint shop.
- Preparation and implementation of various maintenance process documents.
- Be responsible for the issuance and changing management to ensure effective and active process documents, completed, corrected and aligned.
- Monitor the process and implementation with effective corrective action plan.
- Other assigned VDM(Value Driven Maintenance) jobs.
- Fully responsible for the assigned equipment (Including but not limited to robot system).
- Organize and implement the improvement and optimization of the responsible equipment, and reduce the maintenance cost and improve the stability and reliability of the responsible equipment.
- Respond and solve responsible equipment abnormal issues on site.
- Provide technical support of the equipment to the maintenance worker, formulate the maintenance plan of responsible equipment, prepare and manage the responsible equipment spare parts list.
- Collect equipment abnormal problems, and lead the maintenance team to conduct in-depth analysis, find the root cause and formulate ERA/ICA/PCA, and support the maintenance superior continue to accumulate technical experience to improve the problem-solving ability of the maintenance team.
- Responsible for the process& quality improvement of the responsible equipment.
- Participate the design, equipment type selection and commissioning of the new project equipment system with related area.
- Data management: Manage the responsible equipment drawing, program, parameter and the maintenance manual, etc.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor or college degree. major in electrical, automation, etc.
- More than 5 years working experience in equipment technology/ maintenance field, at least 3 years of relevant working experience in robot operation.
- Field of on-site robot equipment commissioning experience is preferred.
- Product and process knowledge.
- Good English skills.
- Team player, good social abilities.
- Strong business acumen, drive & ambition.
