E-motor Customer Quality Engineer

What you’ll do

• Monitor the 3-in-1 E-motor (drive motor, inverter, gearbox) 0km and market claim data, analyze the data in-depth; clearly define quality problem, investigate and analyze the root causes; develop containment and improvement actions and follow-up and implementation; timely response and solution to emergent problems; conduct risk assessment; take quick after-sales action and alarm for serious problems.
• Regularly sort out market claims about top issues; use professional knowledge to coordinate technical resources to achieve continuous product improvement; ensure products have stable and excellent market performance.

• Actively carry out research on major/difficult/hot market issues; cooperate with ME (Manufacturing engineering), Supplier Quality, Production, R&D and other departments to provide direction for product quality improvement.

• Participate in project quality reviews and share lessons learned 0km and market claims；timely identify potential problems to reduce risk of market claims.

• Quickly respond and solve customer claims; deeply understand customer claims; improve product quality based on customer feedback.

What you’ll bring

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, major in automotive industry.
• Above or equal 5 years of customer quality experiences in 3-in-1 E-motor, mastering the use of various quality tools.
• Master the working principle, structure and failure mode of the 3-in-1 E-motor.
• Familiar with 3-in-1 E-motor manufacturing process.
• Proficient in Office software.
• Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to solve quality problems in factory and market.
• Fluent oral English and good English communication skills.
• Work experiences in domestic mainstream new energy vehicle enterprises.
