- The role sits within the team of Robotics Engineering function, with main responsibility to perform integration and functional testing of complete vehicle platforms, including SW fault tracing and electric functions verification. You will work with both local and global team where it’s possible to learn from each other for your personal growth.
What You'll Do
- Execute thorough validation and verification of complete vehicle electrical functions and non-functional test across various vehicle domains.
- Plan and schedule testing and verification activities with global team for better coverage of variants.
- Analyse test result and communicate findings with the corresponding development teams to ensure the continuous enhancement of software release.
- Maintain and improve test rigs infrastructure, employing innovative solutions to streamline testing procedures and improve system robustness.
- Lead, define and follow the company safety operation instruction of the test rigs and laboratory.
- Support new technology feasibility and base-tech validation, network/diagnostic/car configuration analysis and verifications.
- Support vehicles launch in plants and software & electronics issues analysis.
- Fault report generation and follow-up, regression test for fixed version baseline.
- Lead continuous improvement of processes, methods, and technology or tools.
- Ensure quality and traceability of documentation.
What you'll bring
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, automotive engineering/automation or related field. Software background is preferred.
- 3+ years extensive experience with system build & functional testing across multiple vehicle domains (e.g. ADAS, Body, Infotainment).
- In-depth knowledge on Network verification and Diagnostics, e.g. CAN, LIN, MOST, Flexray and Ethernet.
- Hands-on experienced in electrical system wiring, system software testing and fault tracing in a complete vehicle or in similar capacity.
- Hands-on experience in software diagnostic tools, such as CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, Data logger as well as in fault tracing of distributed system.
- Strong data mining and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, creative and proactive team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in safety protocol in high voltage system is a plus.
- Experienced with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git/Gerrit is a plus.
- Knowledge in End of Line tools, automation testing is a plus.
