What You’ll Do.

Smartification in cockpit and connectivity is one critical domain to gain competition edge. In this position, you will play important role to define and drive smartification products and business planning in responsible cockpit and connectivity areas.  
Is this you? Then we have the perfect mission for you. 

•    Build smartification strategy and roadmap for responsible cockpit areas - Cockpit HW, Connectivity, HMI framework and innovation. 
•    Define new smartification products business requirement document (BRD), including industry and market trend insight, customer insight, product positioning, user scenarios, user experience principle, business case and functions priority for related areas. 
•    Drive smartification product roadmap and BRD to be intake by key business stakeholders (R&D Cockpit Head, UX Head and Digital Head) 
•    Work closely with vehicle product leads for cross carline smartification roadmap. 
•    Collaborate with vehicle and OTA program teams to enable smartification products implemented by vehicle programs or OTA.
•    Report strategic and critical smartification topic to APAC management team. 

What you’ll bring
•    Bachelor degree or above 
•    Great passion and deep knowledge for smartification products, technology and market trends
•    3+ years work experience in smart cockpit areas as business senior planner or product senior manager
•    Strategic thinking with futuristic vision 
•    Very good product definition knowledge
•    High ability to assume responsibility & take action 
•    Drives for results with a high level of energy and passion.
•    Excellent verbal, writing and presentation communication skills.
•    Business acumen with attention to details.
•    Innovative and willing to try new ways of working.
