Site Product Quality Engineer

Summary of the role:
Product Quality (PQ) / Site Product Quality (SPQ) Engineer is part of Research & Development (R&D), co-located in HZB Zeeker plant with Zeeker Aftermarket Quality team. This role represent complete R&D and belongs to R&D Vehicle Tophat China. 
Currently we are seeking a Product Quality Engineer for R&D (both HW and SW) located in HangZhou Bay Zeeker plant, ZheJiang Province to reinforce our global Quality and Launch team. You will be reporting to R&D Product Quality Manager in ZhangJiaKou.

What you will do?

• Defined and Scoped end customer concerns
• Root cause analysis for end customer concerns
• Implemented Interim Containment Action (ICA)
• Responsibility
• Lead end customer quality concerns and handshake with Zeeker Hangzhou Bay plant or Geely Research Insititute in GPIS & VIRA Fault Report.
• Responsible for root cause analysis and containment actions for end customer quality concerns caused by product or supplier design.
• Lead the implementation of Interim Containment Action (ICA) 
• CCAP (Critical Concern Action Process) – As VCC CCAP contact window towards Zeeker, support in kick-off and serious deviation pre-meetings. 
• Initiate and perform analysis of returned field material together with Global team
• Escalate roadblocks to the necessary management level.
• Support in end customer concerns or potential end customer concern 
• Representing VCC R&D Quality in plant. Responsible in the analysis of Early Claim Binning (ECB) and keep ECB Paynter information updated.
• Responsible for scoop and lead 3 MIS (Months In Service) concerns into the problem-solving process. 
• Represent R&D in Factory kick-off (initiate if needed) and Plant pre-meetings, initiate risk assessment and make QB-D request.
• Represent VCC R&D as Quality Leader in global current model quality forum.

• 7+ years working experience on automotive industry, prefer to have both Hardware and Software experiences.
• Fluent on English (Speaking/writing/listening).
• Requires "actual running production " experience/knowledge.
• Project management or launch experience.
• Generic Competencies (Coordinate. Problem solving, Quality sense).
• Nice to have Electronics & Electrical experience
