What you'll do

Role Description:
Design the visual and user-experience elements of products, by combining business and product strategy, UX design principles and UX research and feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experiences Implementation 6: Design and coordinate implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes.
  • Design and Conceptualization 5: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
  • Improvement/Innovation 6: Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures, then deliver a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.
  • Digital Channels and Technology Management 5: Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross-functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement 5: Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
