What you'll do
Responsible to spearhead and steer innovation in automation within global manufacturing process in close collaboration with manufacturing plant operations.
•    Leading global function team in AMI driving innovation in advanced automation within manufacturing process to spearhead

- automation transformation in manufacturing

- benchmark and discover industry automation innovations to be developed and qualified for manufacturing implementations

- identify internal and external partners for strategic development 

- create cohesive work-space of human-machine & robot
•    Establish intense collaboration & key enabler to plant operations

- develop innovation strategy and plan driving initiatives to achieve MR27 and Smart Manufacturing goals

- efficient engagement ensuring qualified innovations are effectively implemented delivering desired results
•    Build competence and specialize in areas of

- Advanced automated process

- Robotics including Cobots and Humanoids related expertise

- AMR / AGV materials flow

- Additive Manufacturing ie. 3D printing

- Digital Twin & Modelling and Virtual Factory
•    Having experience and knowledge in following areas will be added advantage

- World Economic Forum Lighthouse implementations

- Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) for Smart Manufacturing assessment and evaluation

What yoiu'll bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field like Automation, Engineering and Process Control
•    Leadership experience with capacity of leading teams
•    Familiar with manufacturing operations, organization and automation technology
•    Good understanding of Automotive industry (optional)
•    10 years related working experience
•    Leadership skills
•    Business acumen
•    Communicative, decisive, convictive, …
