Core Computer Integration Lead Engineer

Summary of the role:

  • We are in an expansion phase in software testing, test automatization and continuous integration and we are now looking for new employees who can bring additional competence in this areas. 
  • As a Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for a test area to grow in, manage and build up to your area of expertise, focus on new platform of central computer SW integration testing and fault tracing. Working with base technology testing means that you establish and develop relationships with designers and suppliers within almost all system areas in the vehicle. 
  • We are working in efficient agile testing team in a global organization. 

 

What you will do?

  • Complete SW component testing to confirm usage and maturity for SW releases within Core Computer;
  • System tests and troubleshooting within Core Computer between different SW layers;
  • Fault tracing support during Integration Events

 

Why do you fit the profile?

  • Background from software intensive industry, automotive is not a must for this position
  • Good knowledge in programming languages: C/C++ and Python/CAPL 
  • Good knowledge&experience with Linux/QNX SW fault tracing etc.
  • Great experience of software system testing and integration
  • Great experience in test automatization and continuous integration
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and workflow 
  • Meritorious is knowledge of communication protocol and vehicle architecture
  • Meritorious is experience of one or several tools: Vector tools CANalyzer and CANoe 
  • Meritorious, Certified by “International Software Testing Qualifications Board” (ISTQB) 
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field;
  • Experience with C++ SW development/testing 
  • Fluent in English
