What you'll do

Workshop is responsible for build, update, repair and maintain test object systems, test rigs and test vehicles from mechanical, electrical and software perspective.The role is responsible for the workshop resource planning, program preparation and collaboration with external partners.

  • Technical prep for program build and update (prepare fixtures, special tools and instruction documentation). 
  • Secure the plan to build our test objects according to drawings and specification.
  • Support the mechanic to review the BOM list before each build, analyze and confirm the process.
  • On-site technical support for vehicle build, update and repair.
  • Report build or part issue to program team during each build. 
  • Verify and standardize the mechanical instructions to secure the build quality.
  • Support the mechanic to design non-standard tools to improve efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as workshop engineer.    
  • Good vehicle assembly process experience.
  • Good knowledge about workshop equipment.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • English in spoken and writing.
  • Flexible, team oriented, initiative, eager to learn the new mechanical technology.
  • Electrical and software experience is merit.
