Integration Leader, Car Service Business

Summary of the role:
We enable an effortless car usage and service experience – This is the purpose of Car Service Business and here you will contribute to our Purpose. 

The Integration Lead team’s task is to drive EPICs for Cars Service Business within car programs & transformative EPIC’s, to support our strategies through the complete value chain.

This role is initially to drive Car Programs but will require to drive transformative EPIC’s when needed.

What you will do?

• Increase speed in our car programs & our strategic transformative tasks (EPIC’s).
• You will be a servant Integration leader to lead, support & coach our units and their product teams.
• On a car program level secure Car Service Business needs & requirements are communicated and driven to a decided state towards Engineering and our value chain, to make sure we are ready to give a superior effortless car usage and service experience to our customers.
• Create car program clarity to our development teams so they have a clear picture what needs to be delivered for the specific program.
• Align & consolidate our programs status both towards Car Service Business, our value chain and Engineering (R&D).
• On a transformative EPIC to support our strategies, you will drive an EPIC through review, analysis & implementation face.

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• You have a bachelor/master university degree in Engineering with a mindset of Business Administration or other relevant education.
• At least 5 years’ experience from project management and proven ability to drive results from a project management role.
• You have a valid work permit in Sweden.
