What you’ll do

Drive design and implementation of learning, talent and OD strategy, products, programs to secure competencies, talents and culture for business excellence and transformation in the changing world.

You will take responsible for leading a multi-functional COE team of Organization Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Competence, Culture and Engagement Management to ensure the timely deployment and delivery of organizational strategy, talent strategy and learning strategy throughout the business.
This position plays a key role in contributing to generate business strategy thru human capital planning, designing and deploying HR initiatives that align with business priorities and requirements and working closely with HR other teams (C&B, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, etc.) to implement appropriate HR solutions to move the organization forward.  
This position requires profound professional knowledge at broad HR areas, excellent communication, consulting and influencing skills to intact with management team and HR peers, and strong leadership in team management.

•    Plan, establish, and develop the effective and innovative learning, talent and organizational development programs with a deep understanding of our business and strategy, to accelerate our business transformation and achieve our goals.
•    Design and deliver OD strategies, processes and interventions that support the Volvo Cars APAC to be a high-performance organization. Identify opportunities for performance improvement with business leader and PXBP through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions, conducting external research into good practice and new ideas, measuring the achievement of established goals.
•    Conduct workforce planning to ensure human resource is fitting for the business needs in a dynamic way.
•    Design and drive process and giving proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as talent review, succession planning, talent pipelines, and internal selection processes and talent development programs, which improve the depth and diversity of regional talents.
•    Design and deliver leading learning solutions/products to secure right competencies inside the organization, to support people grow with the company and to build up lifelong learning culture.
•    Deploy performance management strategy into the business in order to associate individual performance with business objective.
•    Liaise with the global culture and engagement responsible team and management team to continue building a culture that is aligned with our core values. Develop and execute programs and approaches to support and embed our culture and core values in our evolving hybrid work environment. 
•    Working closely with the global PX team to ensure the success of global processes in APAC with APAC insights.


What you’ll bring
•    Strong leadership to lead with purpose and unleash the potential of people
•    In-depth knowledge of Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organizational Development within a complex global organization
•    Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to apply them to an advisory role to inspire and initiate new ideas, as well as to determine and develop strategies/processes often in the absence of guidelines or technical assistance
•    Evaluates and directs complex situations that foster innovative approaches to procedures/processes on an organizational-wide basis focusing on critical strategic issues
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to persuade or influence internal and external customers on a wide range of subjects. 
•    Excellent project management skills including the ability to define, prioritize and direct program, project or process objectives
•    Ability to identify customers/stakeholders and their interests, plan steps, and to coordinate and allocate resources in order to accomplish goals and objectives in an effective and timely manner
•    Experience in working across complex matrix environments, the ideal individual should also be international in their outlook as well as culturally sensitive.
•    Desire to build a long-term career and fast track within a company into a leadership role.
