Head of APAC Data & Analytics

What you’ll do?
•    Serve as a trusted advisor for data and analytics within the digital organization, understanding APAC-specific business requirements and managing the backlog and prioritization process.
•    Ensure compliance with local regulations in the APAC/China region for data handling and management.
•    Produce and manage meaningful data products and predictive models and algorithms that effectively support the implementation of the global digital strategy and meet the specific business needs of the APAC region.
•    Drive the agreed digital transformation within the APAC region, working with the leadership team to implement.
•    Build a connected and informed data and analytics community across digital business areas, geographic locations within the APAC/China region.
•    Design and manage data architecture to support engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and other business operations in APAC/China region.
•    Manage the strategy and technology standard of data platform and ensure robust and scalable performance in operations.
•    Lead the integration and utilization of generative AI in digital business processes and customer engagement mechanisms.
What you’ll bring?
•    Experience in data management, data science, data analytics, and generative AI.
•    Strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
•    Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive digital transformation and value.
•    Strong business acumen and insights in the automotive industry.
•    Expertise in data modeling, data security, and data architecture for big data systems and platforms.
•    Experience in developing and implementing AI initiatives, including AI chatbots and AI-powered personalized communications.
•    Good English and Chinese in both speaking and writing.
This role is critical to the functioning of our digital organization in the APAC/China region and we are looking for a candidate who can uphold these responsibilities and grow with us.
