GA Sr. Specialist

What you will do?

  • Complaints via government channels: Collect cases from external channels (SAMR,12315,CCA),raise and track internal platform process, and deliver status to external channels. Collect and revise monthly. 
  • Events: Support external government-related events such as CIIE, CIIF, GSA, and Swedish National Day celebrations, CISCE,etc. Project management.
  • Local government affairs: Understanding of industrial promotion policies promoted by governments and administrative authorities of Shanghai local governments, collecting and analyzing industry macro policies, and keeping abreast of the latest laws and regulations. Day-to-day participation in all kinds of internal communication on government affairs; support overall coordination of all kinds of government affairs issues.
  • Local foreign-related affairs: R-visa application. Support communication with working level and prepare related materials.
  • VIP application: Set up VIP application Standard Operating Procedure and revise monthly. broaden potential customers’ circle.
  • Database: Support national statics data platform input process.
  • Reception: Support government visiting reception events in shanghai.
  • Team support: Lead GA budget management, leadership event organizing, SAP process, GA warehouse management, merchandise purchasing process, and other tasks assigned by line manager.

  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • 3 years' experience in government service, or 3 years' experience in government affairs.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and action-oriented person.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, research, writing and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
