What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Design and implement data models and dashboards to monitor and report on key quality metrics.
- Utilize AI and ML techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in quality data.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that support quality analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data-related activities.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and analysis within quality.
- Conduct advanced analysis using statistical tools and predictive modeling to improve product and process quality.
- Stay current with industry trends, especially in the areas of AI and ML, and apply relevant advancements to the quality function.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a quality or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis.
- Experience with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tool Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and their respective data and AI/ML services.
- Certification in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
