• As a Launch Leader Engineer you will be part of a diverse, highly skilled agile team. Here you will have the opportunity to learn and develop for every sprint. There are no limits when it comes to how much there is to learn. Together the team will act as support team within the ARTs with analysing quality and launch items from factory.

What you'll bring

• We are now looking for professionals with genuine interest in cars and connected experience to be located in Chengdu to support our launch in plants. And to proactively analyse product problems happened in China plants (Chengdu, Daqing and Luqiao) and assist in quality concerns resolution to improve customer satisfaction.
• We believe that you at least have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent and have experience of test automation principles. 
• We see that you are a driven problem solver, with experience of working within CANoe/CANalyzer and/or Wireshark, competence in Diagnostic, Power Management, FlexRay, Ethernet, CAN, LIN as well as background in automotive. 
• We see that you will proactively analyse product problems and assist in quality concerns resolution to improve customer satisfaction. Green Belt certified or higher is meritorious. 
• Experience of test or development in infotainment/connectivity/telematics area is meritorious. You would have the overview of the system and help to analyse and identify the root cause. 
• Experience form Launch activities in factory is meritorious. You would bring good communication skills and are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
