What you'll do

Prospection, validation & promotion process innovations.
•    Prospection, benchmarks, connections and initiatives related to  innovations supportive our advanced manufacturing innovation strategy.
•    Identify and facilitate opportunities for partnerships.
•    Foster, develop & strengthen collaborative relationships and engage towards start-ups and academics.
•    Map and explore opportunities for innovation projects through governmental incentives. 
•    Initiate & review business cases, classify, prioritize as part of Intake Process.
•    Document and spread emerging trends & technologies relevant for our operations.
•    Promote collaboration and idea sharing within our company. Foster innovation culture and trigger internal partnerships.
•    To effectively communicate complex information involving multiple parties and be able to convince others to accept new concept or ideas.                       
•    To effectively explore various plans or schemes and strive to achieve results and obtain the recognition and support of different parties..
Parties as there are:
Internal: Own department, Cross functional, Cross region level 
External: Suppliers, partners, start-ups, academics, governments, …
