Job Summary:   

This member of the Commercial Sales team will provide versatility and creativity by being supportive to a number of key functions in Commercial Sales. This member will focus on supporting all sales channels in the Commercial Sales team.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of Affinity and A-Plan programs and partnerships
  • Responding to inquires through the A-Plan mailbox and phone number
  • Analysis of A-Plan retailer and partner involvement – KPI tracking
  • Maintaining a regular audit schedule for A-Plan/Affinity sales
  • Maintaining the SSA (Special Sales Ambassador) database
  • Provide Operational support to the Commercial Sales Department
  • Support the Commercial Fleet team by maintaining fleet CRM tool for all Commercial Sales customers

 

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year automotive or relevant industry experience
  • Ability to multitask by prioritizing activities in an efficient manner
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ambitious, high energy, easy to converse with, team player, positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize with changing, fast-paced situations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Possess solid analytical skills
  • Be flexible and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
