Quality Intern

Let's introduce ourselves


o    The Technical Support team is in search of a new team member to provide hands on support to our Aftersales Quality organization to help quickly address quality issues impacting our customers. At Volvo Cars, our Technical Support team is focused on improving the overall ownership experience by providing a fault free delivery experience, timely and accurate technical support, and solutions to quality issues.

 

What you'll do


o    Analyze warranty data and sales statistics to understand product failure rates
o    Consolidate current status information and ensure all interested parties complete action items 
o    Present project findings to the Local and Central Management Team
o    Work with the Technical Support team to create summary dashboards using Power BI
o    Find process efficiencies by utilizing Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Lists
