Logistics Senior Business Analyst

This role centers on analyzing business requirements and supporting digital transformation by identifying process improvements and innovation opportunities. It involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and product teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

What you'll do

• Business Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to digital transformation and digital product development. Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital innovations that align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, product owners, and IT teams to ensure seamless communication of business needs and technical capabilities.
• Project Management Support: Assist in managing digital projects, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs, are completed on time, and within budget. Monitor project milestones, resolve issues, and support testing and implementation phases.
• Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Support change management initiatives by assessing the impact of new digital solutions. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented systems and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance analysis.
• Information Flow Analysis: Analyze current information processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Evaluate how information moves through the organization and recommend changes to optimize flow, reduce redundancy, and ensure accuracy.
• Data Collection & Processing: Ensure that information is being collected and processed efficiently and in alignment with business needs. Develop methodologies 
for data collection, processing, and reporting that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed information process maps, flowcharts, and documentation that outline how information is managed throughout its lifecycle. Identify key touchpoints, dependencies, and stakeholders involved in information processes.
• System Integration & Optimization: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that information systems are integrated and optimized to support business processes. Recommend new tools or improvements to enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business units, including operations, IT, and management, to understand their information needs and gather 
requirements for process improvements. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure information needs are met.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of information processes. Use data and analytics to monitor process performance, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve information flow and quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement by regularly reviewing information processes and identifying opportunities to implement automation, reduce manual tasks, and enhance process efficiency. Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in information management.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to super users in understanding how to use systems and processes effectively to improve information handling and decision-making

What you'll bring

• University degree (BSC) or equivalent in Business Analysis (Systems Engineering) 

• Experience from complex business/IT solutions.

• Experience from logistics solution(s) is an advantage
