Our Americas-based legal team provides business-focused legal support across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated, engaged, and forward-thinking attorney with a strong interest in contract law and commercial transactions to serve as the primary legal partner to our Procurement team, while also supporting employment matters and litigation, as needed.

What You’ll Do

This role offers meaningful ownership, exposure to a broad range of legal issues, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day legal support with contracts and commercial legal matters
• Support labor and employment matters, as needed
• Manage and oversee litigation matters, including product liability cases, as needed
• Help develop and improve legal processes and guidance to support business efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and regions to align legal advice with business objectives

What you'll bring

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and collaborative with high integrity and a pragmatic approach. Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of legal experience at a law firm or in an in-house corporate setting
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: commercial transactions, procurement contracts, labor and employment law, litigation management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to focus on practical outcomes and the big picture
• A team player, with the ability to work independently and to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams
• A proactive, service-oriented approach, with comfort handling matters with limited supervision and often under time pressure
• Creativity and sound judgment in navigating complex or novel legal issues and moving matters forward
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners
