As part of the Finance Global Delivery team, you will get an opportunity to develop and implement smart and nimble finance processes, create excellent reports and analysis to support the business in the best way. Through networking and benchmarking you will be part of taking the Finance organization into a modern organization, ready to meet the challenges ahead of us. You will work in close cooperation with other Finance colleagues both at our Americas center in NJ, our Shared Service Center in India, our Global Accounting Center in Spain, as well as functions at the headquarters in Sweden


We are now looking for a Senior Accountant as part of our Global Accounting Delivery team, responsible for securing the fulfilment of the Company’s objectives by providing knowledge and understanding of financial processes and performance in order to support Operations, Business Control and Management.


The position is located in Charleston SC, USA.


Main responsibilities

  • Ensure all journal entries are processed and drive the month end reporting activities.
  • Support actuals to actuals analysis.
  • Take responsibility for completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
  • Execute reporting in Hyperion FM for group consolidation purposes.
  • Monitor changes in local US GAAP.
  • Monitor the clearing and reconciliation of bank transactions.
  • Support the self-assessment control programs and external audits.
  • Drive local accounting process improvements and support central initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of work experience in accounting preferably in (some of) the relevant areas
  • Good analytical skills and ability to take own initiatives to further develop the role and processes.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good computer skills, preferably SAP and Excel
  • Personal profile

  • Ability to plan and prioritize while committed to delivering in time and with right quality
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
