eCommerce & Retailer Program Manager

Richmond Hill, ON (on-site - 5 days a week)

Reporting directly to the Online Business Lead, the Web & Commerce Product Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and evolution of our retailer websites and ecommerce experiences. You will focus on driving market growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience from online to instore and streamline adoption of Volvo Cars Canada content with adherence to brand guidelines.

The Web & Commerce Product Manager will partner with our digital retail and certified website vendors, as well as our network of 37 Volvo Cars Retailers to ensure the customer journey is accurate and effective, integrates with the Volvo Cars and Retailer digital tools with an intuitive premium customer experience that aligns with the understated luxury Volvo brand and achieves our business goals.

What you'll do

1.    Lead the Canadian strategy and implementation on all retailer website and ecommerce properties in both English and French to deliver high customer satisfaction, as well as traffic-to-lead conversion aligned to annual sales targets.
2.    Manage strategy and planning processes to both maintain the current platform reliably, as well as drive enhancements and new features aligned to annual organizational priorities. 
3.    Drive successful planning of projects and enhancements in partnership with our 4 certified vendors through regular annual and quarterly touchpoints, status meetings, and milestone reviews.
4.    Lead and execute UAT and regular audits across digital channels to ensure that the customer experience is accurate across the Canadian retailer network with full functionality delivering.
5.    Partner with internal and external stakeholders to find and resolve bugs/errors with speed and consideration for the commercial business impact.
6.    Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the monthly and frequent sales event offers (new and Certified pre-owned), service, accessories, financial products, and brand content updates are up to date on all           (37) retailer websites in English and French.
7.    Partner with retailers to improve website experience and resolve any challenges through testing opportunities, biannual digital assessments, and quarterly workshops.
8.    Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that the website and retailer advertising aligns to the business and marketing priorities and initiatives of Volvo Cars Canada for the month, quarter, and year.
9.    Drive industry innovation to enhance the digital customer journey for Canadians by introducing high-impact tools and features aligned to organizational priorities across retailer website and digital retail.
10.    Partner with the US counterparts to drive synergy between the US and Canada retailer website program and future Tier 3 digital retail programs.

What you'll bring

•    7-10 years of experience in website development, product/website management, and/or digital marketing, spanning English and French
•    Experience with APIs, debugging, ContentStack (or content management systems), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Regex is required
•    Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is required
•    Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred
•    Project management and proven multitasking skills with Project Management certifications ideal
•    Driven by the customer experience and constantly seeking areas of improvement
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
•    French language proficiency is ideal

You might also have:
•    Experience within the automotive industry
•    Experience with agile working flow

Salary Range
• $96,161 to $161,873 per year
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
