What you'll do
Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, you’ll oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance using KPIs.
- Resolving disputes efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize services.
- Driving process improvements and mitigating risks.
- Supporting the delivery of strategic and annual plans.
What you'll bring
You’ll need a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.
Key requirements include:
- Vendor Management & Negotiation: Strong ability to manage and negotiate with third-party providers.
- eCommerce Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies like SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Experience using data-driven insights to track vendor performance, optimize customer journeys, and enhance business results.
- Customer Experience Focus: Proven track record of identifying and resolving customer pain points.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use technology for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulations and risk management.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and inspire continuous improvement.
