What you'll do

This is not a sales role but an opportunity to play a critical part in supporting the New Car Sales Team to maximise orders and registrations, contributing to Volvo's Direct to Consumer journey. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and providing financial and organisational support to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Responding to customer and retailer enquiries via various channels.
  • Arranging test drives and appointments.
  • Providing updates on orders and assisting customers through the sales process.
  • Capturing detailed consumer information in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and retailers.
  • Meeting KPIs across commercial, consumer, and operational areas.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements for the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless, omnichannel journey.

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen understanding of business and financial processes, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach. While experience in the automotive industry is a plus, it’s not essential.

 

  • Strong organisational skills and knowledge of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • A proven ability to adapt, self-motivate, and deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Resilience, a systematic approach, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant FCA qualifications (desirable).
