Digital and Retail Programs Support Manager

Mahwah, NJ

 

Purpose of the job:

The Digital and Retail Programs Support Manager takes the lead in managing and maximize sales through Retail programs, further developing Volvo Car USA’s subscription offer, and provide sales operations support to the digital sales channel.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

Retail Programs

  • Develop and execute Retail Programs strategy with tactical initiatives to drive growth through Affinity and A-Plan
  • Work closely with Retail Programs Senior Specialist to manage current and future partner relationships

Subscription

  • Responsible for executing & developing our subscription product; Volvo subscription
    • Management of key insurance partner relationship related to all aspects of the insurance policy for subscribers. 
    • Primary liaison with Volvo Cars Financial Services related to the subscription offer and contracting.
    • Partner with Sale Operations teams regarding offer & inventory to align with sales goals
    • Lead contact for Volvo Car regional sales team in relation to all dealer related concerns
    • Manage vehicle inventory ensuring the right vehicle selection is available for new and returning subscribers at the right time and in the right location.
    • End-to-end process from when a customer places a subscription order until final delivery at retailer, including vehicle returns and vehicle upgrades.
    • Provide monthly performance updates to include tracking of subscription KPI’s (e.g. active subscriber base, monthly churn, monthly retention)

 

Digital Operations Support

  • Manage retailer inquiries via Chargeup for issues arising from Online Sales process and customer journey
  • Work with digital team on systems support and development for retail programs, Volvo subscription and online sales
  • Ad hoc support as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related automotive retail experience having demonstrated ability to lead change
  • Influential and persuasive with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to identify opportunity and drive results
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and develop partnerships with other internal teams.
