The Sales Operation Intern will be responsible for helping & supporting all of Volvo Cars US Sales Operations/Sales Planning teams. 

What you'll do

  • Support the Volume & Forecast team in developing and maintaining the sales forecast.
  • Support Incentive team with develop and manage Incentive Programs
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to support planning decisions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations
  • Support regional & commercial sales teams with adhoc reporting and sales administrative tasks

What you'll bring

  • Recognizes the need for teamwork and cross-organizational collaboration while being able to adapt for everyday business needs
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner to meet customer demands. Possess strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong Analytic Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Platforms (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBi, Teams)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

In order to be considered for this program, you need to be currently enrolled in a related Undergraduate degree program as a rising, Junior, Senior or anticipate graduating within the calendar year. Program is set to begin early June 2025.
