  • Coordinate with customers to ensure understanding of business needs and their satisfaction, in combination of total cost of ownership
  • Deliver a functional workplace and disturbance free operation
  • Drive larger building projects for the Region (even support plants)
  • Manage & control regional Real Estate lease, agreements, rent charges & payments, disposals and acquisitions of Estates
  • Deliver Facilities Managment property related (hard) and user related (soft) services
  • Project delivery on schedule, quality and cost for re-building projects for the region and support for the plants
  • Drive efficiency, quality improvements and optimization regionally
  • Manage Facilities Managment local Systems & Applications
  • Manage & Support Global WPX initiatives (i.e. strategies, processes, way of working, engineering, efficiency work and be a part of the relevant networks)
  • Manage regional deviation standards in combination with WPX global standards.
  • Manage Sustainability Management including reporting, planning and improvement activities
  • Develop and deliver on priorities, budget, resources and competence planning and following up
  • Secure adherence to applicable laws, legal requirements and permits and secure all relevant legal inspections are made.


5. Competence and Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of operation experience in:
    • Facility management
    • Construction project management
    • Real Estate matters
  • Experience including working with external professional agency, behavior for Facilities Managment operation and project management training and audit.
  • Demonstrate success ownership in developing and lead team of workplace operation and building project management.
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Leadership experience with proven good results
