  • The Head of Business Controlling and Performance Steering, US, is responsible for the steering, reporting, and strategy of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for US Business Operations. You will be responsible for driving financial optimization for VCUSA as well as act as the finance lead for strategic initiatives within the sales company.  This role requires an analytical and commercially minded individual who can work collaboratively with the business units and manage a team of controllers covering all areas of the US business.

What you'll do

-    Accurately drive and oversee all budgeting/forecast submissions as well as actuals reporting
-    Drive the annual Regional Business Plan Process
-    Continuously review and estimate full year profit outlook to bring awareness of changes and potential risks and opportunities to annual market earnings target
-    Oversee US Controlling to maximize ROI on investments, drive cost optimization and resource efficiency, and maximize the commercial equation
-    Create and steer revenue management and discount optimization projects in alignment with Sales, Regional, and Customer Service management
-    Oversee Residual Value Risk and Management as well as Wholesale Pricing Strategy/Analytics
-    Motivate strong financial focus throughout the various business departments to maximize profits and top/bottom line growth
-    Drive financial rigor and discipline for strategic investments to ensure optimal return on investment spend
-    Present financial topics/results to senior leadership and global finance community
-    Ensure appropriate internal control processes are in place
-    Act in an official capacity as Deputy CFO Americas as needed
-    Develop, recruit, and manage a high performing team

What you'll bring

-    Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/business/related field
-    15+ years of relevant experience in Financial and P/L Management
-    Proven record of guiding a team in a highly collaborative environment that spans across multiple markets/regions with effective communication and interpersonal skills 
-    Ability to present financial concepts in a clear & concise manner to senior audiences

Salary Range:
•       $159,963 to $265,374
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
