Customer Care Intern

As a Customer Care Experience intern, you will partner with the Customer Care team to identify opportunities that assist our customers to receive a best-in-class experience. This will lead to customers continuing and expanding their relationship with Volvo Cars.
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding of Customer Care processes/systems and assist the team with Customer Care tasks
• Contribute expertise to drive continuous improvement:
• Conducting research and analysis of various customer feedback platforms Review of Customer Care processes
• Identification of opportunities and patterns with products, services and support
• Present key findings and proposed solutions to Customer Service management

What you'll bring
• Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills
• Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations
Minimum Education:
• Currently enrolled student at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Degree: Analytics, Business, or related analytical discipline.
