The CRM team is in search of a new team member to be involve with supporting key data and analytics initiatives that contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization. These responsibilities range from PowerBI dashboard, analytics support, dataset creation, and data automation. Through these responsibilities, you will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, and automation, while contributing to impactful projects that drive the organization's success.

What you'll do

1.    Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining visually compelling and actionable Power BI dashboards.
2.    Perform data analysis to uncover actionable insights that guide business strategies.
3.    Support the preparation and organization of datasets for predictive modeling initiatives.
4.    Monitor automated processes to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
5.    Conduct regular updates and enhancements to keep dashboards accurate and relevant.
 

What you'll bring

2.    Well organized and efficient working ability.
3.    Have a basic understanding of analytics and dashboarding.
4.    Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
