Associate Product Manager, Consumer Data & Profiles

In this role, you will be a key player in harnessing the power of data to understand our customers and build relationships. Job Summary:

You will play a vital role in driving the digital transformation of Volvo Cars USA. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll shape the movement, storage, and utilization of data for impactful initiatives that redefine the automotive industry. Your insights will directly contribute to a superior experience for our valued customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build knowledge of customer data to support varied technology projects.
  • Take a consulting approach to work with Marketing and varied other departments to enable customer data for commercial purposes.
  • Take a consulting approach to work with the Customer Experience department to enhance and coordinate the customer follow up process between Retailers and Customer Care.
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to support the above and/or new use cases and document requirements.
  • Lead implementation of updated technology to support the above and/or new use cases.
  • Work with third-party vendors as applicable.
  • Collaborate inclusively with multiple stakeholders to build business requirements for technical solutions.
  • Become the go-to person for customer data knowledge within the company.

 

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of business analysis experience, consulting, or digital product experience.
  • Familiarity with Customer 360 applications, CDP's, Marketing Technology, and/or customer dashboards.
  • Communicate proactively through written and verbal updates on project progress and potential roadblocks.
  • Demonstrate strong process orientation, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Self-starter who can think creatively and outside the box.
  • Thrive in an adaptable environment, comfortably navigating evolving business scenarios and priorities.
  • Bonus points for experience in the following areas:
  • Automotive industry exposure.
  • Working in Agile-based project development. o Background in data science.
