We currently offer an internship in our Global Accounting Delivery (GAD) Team in Madrid (metro Cuzco). In GAD there are over 400 employees globally operating from six different countries and representing more than 30 nationalities! Our focus is to deliver compliant, and quality assured financial information faster and smarter to support business decisions. This is a challenging opportunity to play an important part and contribute to our biggest transformation yet – becoming a fully electric brand with direct and online sales.

**Important note: Enrollment in a Spanish university is required for the duration of the internship in order to sign an agreement ("convenio")**

What you'll do

Study Plan:
•   Complete immersion in the day-to-day operations in the Accounting department focussed on digital projects
•   You will learn professional ways of working, work with applications like accounting ERP and digital tools.
•   You will have a buddy / buddies who will support and guide you throughout internship
•   Learn day to day activities related to Digital Accounting team: project management, development of solutions, proof of concept, testing and hand-over.
•   Learn tools related to Digital accounting: e.g. PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, VBA and SAP scripting, BluePrism (robotics tool), Python…
•   Participation in projects, trainings and meetings as listener.
•   Analysis and review of our working material to find typos, mistakes or not clear explanations.
•   Analysis of our processes to suggest new procedures or improvements.

What you'll bring

Competence and experience is important but personality is key! To be successful in this internship you have a digital mindset with a clear interest in both technology and finance. Most importantly, you are curious to learn!

You are in the final year of your studies in the following areas: Business administration, Digital Business, Economics, Finance, etc.
Fluent in English (C1)
MS Office knowledge and some demonstrated digital skills
Ability to organize multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things done
You're a good communicator and are able to handle different stakeholders
You have a great attention to detail

Our working hours
Monday to Thursday 9h-18 and Friday 8h-15h

Duration
Minimum 6 months

Compensation
This is a paid internship €850 / month (39h/wk)
