Let's introduce ourselves

 

As an Engineer at our Krakow Tech Hub, you will be a part of an agile team, working closely with other software engineers, testers and architects. You will work on numerous exciting projects related to our upcoming fully electric cars – from core systems optimizing the development of our electric platforms to infotainment, connectivity, and diagnostics. Our Krakow hub will also work on our latest safety technology and autonomous driving.  

The hub will be a key software development center and play a crucial role in our strategic ambition to be a leader in new technology. 
 

What you'll do

 

Test and troubleshoot software within team’s product area for current and upcoming Infotainment head units. You will work with both existing software in the car fleet on the roads as well as bring-up of software for new head units and pre-released Android Automotive versions.


You love to test software and troubleshoot problems related to AOSP, device drivers and performance optimization. You like to see the whole picture and have an overall understanding of the complete system. You will collaborate with our external suppliers and partners to achieve the goals.

What you'll bring

 

You are a true troubleshooter who is motivated by challenging tasks, have a personal interest in technology and love to make our infotainment platform the best out there. You enjoy learning from others, as well as sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.

 

To be successful in this role, your experience likely includes:  

 

  • Embedded C++ competence and proven experience in testing, analyzing and troubleshooting software
  • Proven experience in Android Platform 
  • Experience in embedded Linux or QNX environments
  • Experience preferably within automotive sector   


We also see that you have:

 

Proven experience in Android framework, including xTS testing
