The Movement enabler team handles driving of the car with its own propulsive torque. We are responsible for authorizing start attempt and making sure that all the pre-requisites to enter drive are fulfilled.

What you'll do


System Engineer – Movement Enabler


You will join as a System Engineer and work within a cross-functional team alongside systems, concepts, safety engineers and cyber security engineers. The team is responsible for the systems and checks required to enter drive and for protecting the car from unauthorized movement.

As a system engineer you will be required to work with new designs/changes with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the requirement breakdowns and sync with different team. You will also be part of system safety, cyber security and FMEA process.

You are social, diplomatic, and adaptable, able to navigate different situations effectively, always striving to turn challenges into opportunities while delivering on commitments.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • System Design Experience.
  • Understanding and experience with CarWeaver (or similar req management tool), xFMEA and Elektra.
  • Understanding and experience with TARA and HARA.
  • Understanding and experience with work planning and administration for the team.
  • Experience with legal demands in different market and how to handle them will be an added advantage.
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering, or some years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Scrum Master experience will be a benefit.
