We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Ambassador who possesses a natural inclination for problem solving, helping, and supporting others. What you’ll do

• Assisting employees and visitors
• Access card administration and photo shoots of new employees
• Organizing seasonal celebrations and office events
• Bringing colleagues together for smaller activations and events
• Managing packages and deliveries
• Solving simple maintenance tasks and delegating more complex ones
• Works closely to property managers at workplace
• Facility management
• Office supplies order
• Culture and team building
• Promoting positive work environment,
• First contact to landlord

What you’ll bring

• documented work life experience in service & hospitality industry - hotels, hotel manager and receptionists (at least + 3 years)
• human centric person with a solid yes attitude and a genuine passion for service & hospitality
• problem solving attitude
• action and solution oriented approach
• fluent in English and Polish
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• driver license
