About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Time & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing time tracking, and handling employee data with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, has a keen eye for detail, and understands the importance of accuracy when working with sensitive information.

 

  • Maintain and verify time & attendance records, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner;
  • Manage new hire data entry, ensuring accurate setup in payroll and timekeeping systems;
  • Update and maintain employee records for changes (e.g., promotions, terminations, benefits);
  • Prepare and validate payroll reports and reconciliations;
  • Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and time reporting;
  • Collaborate with PX and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and reporting requirements.

 

 

What you'll bring

  • Preferred University education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in time management and payroll administration role;
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax, and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy;
  • Strong organizational and structured working style, with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation

 

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.500 EUR.


* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
