Superintendent - Stamping, (VCK)

What you'll do

• Responsible to achieve the shop performance targets Safety, Volume, Quality, Cost
• Manage and coach supervisors and teams to achieve targets
• Role model the Volvo Car Group values and company philosophy 
• Priority management based on Real Time Management
• Leads and coordinates resources to cover absenteeism outside SV scope
• Responsibility for Business targets and results within your area of responsibility
• Secure that Supervisors and teams deliver the required activities 
• Responsibility to compare / analyze Time managements between the teams within your area
• Give training and use coaching approach towards teams and individuals
• Undertake all relevant personnel management 
• To act, communicate and role model the Volvo Car Group values and company philosophy
• Planning, implementation and audit team development in your teams
• Work proactively across the value stream with a cross functional team

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above, on-site management experience is necessary
• 10+ years of management in highly automated OEMs or suppliers
• Excellent in Slovak and English language
• 5S, Standardization Work, ANDON
• Real Time Management
• Leadership experience
• Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 3.900 EUR.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
